Returns Policy

All returns must be pre-authorized by New Leaf Paper, Inc. Customers can return only unopened items in resalable condition within 30 days of delivery if items were sold through New Leaf Paper’s ecommerce site. Customers will receive full refund minus a restocking fee of 15%. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. New Leaf Paper does not accept returns of the following items:

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery,
  • New Leaf Paper items that were not purchased via our web site,
  • Items damaged intentionally or through negligence,
  • Custom and/or special make items, or
  • Any product missing the serial number or UPC.

Shipping Policy

You can choose to ship your order using one of the shipping methods offered by FedEx.  We encourage you to select ground shipping, due to the lower environmental impact over air shipments however, expedited shipping is available.

We are currently shipping in the United States, it’s territories, and APO/FPO addresses. Additional charges apply for shipments outside the continental US.

Products that are in stock in the New Leaf Paper warehouse ship within one to two business days. In general, you can expect your order in 2 to 10 business days (business days are Monday through Friday, excluding post office holidays).  The exact time frames will vary depending upon your location and the shipping option you choose.
